This booking is valid to the mare named, and neither booking nor return privilege may be transferred without the consent of the Stallion Owner.
A $100 Booking Fee is to be paid by the Mare Owner when contract is signed and returned to the Stallion Owner.
The Service Fee is to be paid by the Mare Owner at the time of service with the Service Fee refunded only if the Stallion dies or is deemed unbreedable prior to breeding.
All stallions have a guaranteed standing and suckling foal.
A return privilege is extended to mares that are pronounced barren, give birth to a dead foal, or give birth to a foal which fails to stand and suckle. For guaranteed color Paint foals, a return privilege is extended to foals not born with any registerable marking. The return privilege is for the next breeding season only. This must be proven, in writing, by a vet.
Stallion Owner reserves the right to reclaim any foal if the foal isn't registered in the REAP within two weeks of birth or the player has left the game.
Shipped semen is available on all stallions. A $50 shipping fee will be charged.
All foals are eligible for the FF Incentive Fund. Signing below enters your horse into the Fund for the duration of your ownership.
